H.E. Dr. Nasser Al Nuaimi: Emirati Women Are Key Partners in Enhancing the UAE’s Competitiveness and Future Readiness

Abu Dhabi, 28 August 2026 – On the occasion of Emirati Women’s Day, H.E. Dr. Nasser Humaid Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of Tawazun Council for Defence Enablement, highlighted the valuable contributions of Emirati women to the UAE’s development journey, and their dedication, competence and sense of responsibility in advancing the nation’s progress and competitiveness.

This year’s theme, “We Will Emerge Stronger and Better”, reflects the UAE’s commitment to knowledge, capability development and investment in national talent, while reaffirming that excellence is a continuous journey driven by innovation and initiative.

Emirati women are integral to building stronger institutions, a more competitive economy and future-ready sectors. Their achievements across education, research, the economy, defence, technology and government reflect a national journey founded on merit and opportunity.
