ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Entrepreneurship Enablement Programme is a strategic initiative designed to establish an integrated ecosystem that supports and enables start-ups and SMEs operating in the defence, security, and dual-use technology sectors in the United Arab Emirates.
The Programme falls within the mandate of Tawazun Council for Defence Enablement, which seeks to transform innovation and entrepreneurship into a key driver for strengthening national industrial capability, reinforcing industrial sovereignty and self-sufficiency, and developing a sustainable and advanced industrial base.
The Programme focuses on connecting innovative ideas with the wider industrial ecosystem, enabling companies to progress from establishment to growth, and subsequently integrate into supply chains and commercial opportunities within the defence and advanced industrial sectors, thereby enhancing their readiness for scale and long-term sustainability.
